Go to the 'View' tab and click Page Break Preview. You'll see all the page breaks in blue. Empty cells that will not be printed will not display. The view will change to show the pages that will print. To do this, click the View tab and select Page Break Preview. Enter Page Break Preview view.The difference is that you can see the result of each adjustment as you make it. Change the number in line 2 from 20 to any number to raise or drop the footer on the page. Reduce the height of all rows above your footer from the default to 2 pixels. If that still doesn't work, one of your cells has too many line breaks and you don't have enough room on the page. Delete 'top' rows first and then delete 'bottom' rows to avoid reference errors.
